Ingredients

cup light corn syrup

1

package (4-serving size) fruit-flavored gelatin

                        cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix

1 1/3

cups milk

2

tablespoons sugar

1

teaspoon vanilla, if desired

egg

Preparation

Mix corn syrup and 1/4 cup of the gelatin in small microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High about 1 minute or until mixture is hot and gelatin is dissolved. Stir; keep warm.

Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Stir remaining ingredients and remaining gelatin until blended. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.

Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden. Serve syrup over pancakes.
