ears fresh sweet corn, husks removed, cleaned

tablespoons olive oil

1/2

teaspoon coarse sea salt

1

teaspoon smoked paprika

Ranch dressing, if desired

Preparation

Heat oven to 400°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.

Cut each ear of corn into 6 (1/2-inch) slices; place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with sea salt and smoked paprika.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with ranch dressing.
