slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread

tablespoons butter or margarine

tablespoon ketchup, if desired

slices bologna

8

slices (3/4 oz each) process Swiss or American cheese

Preparation

Spread each slice of bread with butter and ketchup. Top each with slice of bologna.

With knife or ghost-shaped cookie cutter, cut each slice of cheese into ghost shape. With end of drinking straw, make holes to resemble eyes and mouth. Place cheese “ghosts” on top of bologna.
