Ingredients

1/4 cup smooth peanut butter

1 teaspoon soy sauce

2 teaspoons cider vinegar

Dash of Sriracha

2 cups cooked spaghetti

1 cup shredded cooked chicken

Preparation

In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, and Sriracha. Toss together with spaghetti and chicken. Divide evenly between two plates and serve.
