Ingredients

1 1/4 cups vanilla-flavored pure almond milk 

1/2 cup coconut water 

24 whole skin-on almonds, soaked in water overnight so they have sprouted 

1/2 banana, peeled 

1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons honey 

2 cups ice cubes 

Preparation

Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender; blend until smooth. Serve.
