cups mixed salad greens

large tomato, chopped (1 cup)

medium avocado, pitted, peeled, sliced or cubed, and tossed with lemon juice

box (9 oz) frozen diced cooked chicken, thawed (1 1/2 cups)

cup crumbled blue cheese (4 oz)

cup sliced green onions (4 medium)

slices cooked bacon, chopped

hard-cooked eggs, peeled, coarsely chopped

cup cucumber ranch dressing

1

small cucumber, seeded and finely chopped (3/4 cup)

tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Preparation

On large serving platter or in 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, arrange salad ingredients in rows or if desired, arrange individual salads on lettuce-lined plates.

In medium bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Serve dressing with salad or spoon dressing over individual salads.
