Ingredients

cup fresh lemon juice (12 lemons)

cup orange-flavored liqueur

3/4

cup pineapple juice

1/2

cup cognac

1/4

cup superfine sugar

1

bottle (750 ml) dry champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Lemon and orange slices, if desired

Preparation

In pitcher, mix lemon juice, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, cognac and sugar. Refrigerate until serving time.

To serve, pour mixture into punch bowl. Stir in champagne. Garnish with lemon and orange slices.
