head iceberg lettuce, chopped

bunch fresh spinach, stems removed, chopped

cup chopped carrots

cup sliced radishes

oranges, peeled, sectioned and chopped

cup chopped pecans, toasted

cup fresh cilantro leaves

1/2

cup lime juice

1/2

cup orange juice

1/3

cup olive oil

clove garlic, finely chopped

tablespoons honey

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

Preparation

In large bowl, toss all salad ingredients, or arrange lettuce and spinach on serving platter and layer carrots, radishes, oranges and pecans on top.

In blender, place all vinaigrette ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth. Drizzle over salad or serve on the side.
