oz cream cheese, cubed

cup pilsner beer

cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

1

cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)

1

can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained

tablespoons chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can)

tablespoons chopped green onions

Food Should Taste Good™ blue corn or multigrain tortilla chips, as desired

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, heat cream cheese and beer over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly with whisk, until cream cheese is completely melted.

Stir in Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses a little at a time until melted and sauce is smooth, about 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, chipotles and green onions. Serve warm with chips.
