pound snow (Chinese) pea pods, strings removed (1 cup), cut diagonally in half

cups coleslaw mix

can (10 ounces) chunk light chicken, drained

cup sliced almonds, toasted*

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients; toss. Serve immediately.
