cups chopped cooked chicken

medium stalks celery, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)

1/2

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoon garlic-and-herb seasoning

round focaccia bread (10 to 12 inches in diameter), cut horizontally in half

Preparation

Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise and seasoning.

Spread mixture over bottom half of focaccia bread; top with remaining half. Cut into wedges.
