medium celery stalk, sliced (1/2 cup)

cup raisins

cup fat-free mayonnaise, or salad dressing

cup plain or lemon fat free yogurt

teaspoon sugar

teaspoon lemon juice

Salad greens, if desired

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except salad greens.

Serve on salad greens. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
