tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

medium green onion, finely chopped (1 tablespoon)

teaspoon smoked paprika

teaspoon grated lemon peel

clove garlic, finely chopped

thin slices sourdough bread, toasted

large slices tomato (1/4 inch thick)

cups shredded skinless smoked chicken

medium avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into 12 slices

Preparation

In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, onion, paprika, lemon peel and garlic with wire whisk.

On 1 side of 6 bread slices, evenly spread mayonnaise mixture; layer with tomato, chicken and avocado. Top with remaining 6 bread slices. Serve immediately.
