Brownie Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

                        box (18.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Milk Chocolate Brownie Mix

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

1

egg

1

quart (4 cups) vanilla ice cream

3

cups sliced fresh strawberries

1

jar (11.75 oz) hot fudge topping, heated

Preparation

Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Make and bake brownie mix as directed on box for 8-inch pan, using water, oil and eggs and adding 1 additional egg. Cool 20 minutes.

Using large spoon, scoop warm uncut brownies into 8 dessert dishes. Top with ice cream and sliced strawberries. Drizzle with fudge topping.
