pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix

tablespoons vegetable oil

tablespoon water

egg

cup white chocolate chunks
1/2
cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts

cup semisweet chocolate chips
1
teaspoon vegetable oil
Preparation
Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, 3 tablespoons oil, the water, egg, white chocolate and nuts until soft dough forms. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon oil on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth. Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper until set, about 10 minutes.
