Ingredients

                        package (4.9 ounces) Betty Crocker™ scalloped potatoes

cups hot water

2/3

cup milk

1

cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 ounces)

1/3

cup Old El Paso™ salsa (any variety)

cups Progresso™ black beans or red kidney beans (from 19-oz can), drained, rinsed

Preparation

Heat Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan or high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer 17 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.

Stir in remaining ingredients; heat through.
