Ingredients
1 pound baby spinach leaves, gently washed and drained
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch of nutmeg
Salt
Preparation
In a heated 3-quart straight-sided pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add spinach bit by bit as the previous addition collapses and makes room. Stir in nutmeg.
After the last addition, cook one more minute. Season with salt and serve warm.
