Ingredients

2 tablespoons white vinegar 

1 teaspoon sugar 

2 shredded carrots 

1/2 teaspoon coarse salt 

4 cooked hot dogs 

4 buns 

Mayonnaise 

Thinly sliced cucumber 

Sliced jalapeno 

Cilantro leaves 

Preparation

Stir together vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in carrots and salt; let sit 10 minutes. Place hot dogs in buns and top with mayonnaise, cucumber, carrots, jalapeno, and cilantro.
