cups shredded cooked chicken

bag (16 ounces) coleslaw mix with carrots

medium green onions, chopped (1/2 cup)

cup light sesame or olive oil
1/3
cup rice vinegar

tablespoons soy sauce

teaspoon ground ginger
Crisp chow mein noodles, if desired
Preparation
Mix chicken, coleslaw mix and green onions in large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles in small bowl. Toss with chicken mixture. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
