oz sliced deli roast beef, cut into 1/2-inch strips

medium red bell pepper, chopped

cup Asian toasted sesame dressing and marinade

medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)

Dry-roasted peanuts, if desired

Preparation

On 4 plates, evenly divide lettuce, beef and bell pepper.

Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons dressing; sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon onions. Garnish with peanuts.
